No. We teach you step-by-step with plenty of support and safety.
What is the daily structure like?
Guided morning practices, nourishing meals, time to rest or work remotely, and an evening down-shift. Balance is built in.
Will I receive materials to continue after the retreat?
Yes. Workbook, protocols, and a 30-day plan to keep your wins.
How is this different from other wellness retreats?
Root-cause focus, not quick wins. Small group, high coaching contact, and a plan you help design.
Will I have personal access to the instructors?
Yes. While most sessions are in group, you’ll get individual check-ins with the team.
Are personalized plans part of the program?
