Each day of the retreat corresponds to one of the 7 pillars of the Reverse Aging Challenge—key practices that promote cellular renewal, metabolic health, and psychological resilience.This daily structure mirrors the rhythm of the online course and is intentionally designed to help you layer in new habits, gradually adapt to beneficial stressors, and activate the body’s natural capacity for regeneration.It isn't just about feeling better now. Day 1 – Awakening the Bodymind
Lay the foundation with systems thinking, meditation, and personal baseline tracking. You’ll begin to see your body and mind as an integrated, adaptive system.
Day 2 – Fueling Vitality
Learn how real food and intermittent fasting can reset your metabolism and reduce inflammation. We’ll explore practical ways to nourish without relying on supplements.
Day 3 – Moving Into Strength
Build a personalized movement routine based on your current level. No equipment needed—just functional, sustainable exercises that you can take home with you.
Day 4 – Breathing Life Back In
Understand how breath controls your nervous system, energy, and stress response. Daily practices will help you unlock energy and resilience from within.
Day 5 – Harnessing the Cold

Do I need any experience with breathwork, fasting, or cold exposure?
No experience needed. You’ll be guided step by step through each practice, with plenty of support.
What is the daily structure like?
The days are intentionally designed with a balance of guided activities and time for integration, reflection, and rest, as well as remote working
Will I receive materials to continue after the retreat?
Yes. You’ll leave with a workbook and practical tools to help you sustain what you’ve started.
How is this different from other wellness retreats?
This isn’t about symptom relief or quick wins. We focus on root causes, sustainable change, and co-creating a plan you’ll want to commit to, because you helped shape it.
Will I have personal access to the instructors?
Yes. While most sessions are in a group setting, you’ll also have 1:1 moments with Oscar and other team members throughout the retreat.
Are personalized plans part of the program?
Yes. Helping you design a personalized approach to movement, nourishment, and stress adaptation is core to the experience.
Is it pricey?

What should I bring?
Just your full self, and a swimsuit, workout clothes, hiking shoes, and a few layers for different climates.

When will the online course be available?
The online version of the 7-Week Reverse Aging Challenge will launch in November 2025.
How is the online course delivered?
You’ll get a new video module every Saturday morning, plus a live Q&A on Wednesdays to go deeper and stay connected.
Is the online course a good substitute for the retreat?
