Do I need any experience with breathwork, fasting, or cold exposure?
No. We will teach you step-by-step with plenty of support and safety.
What is the daily structure like?
Guided morning practices, training sessions, nourishing meals, followed by time to rest or work remotely, and an evening down-shift. Balance is built in.
Will I receive materials to continue after the retreat?
Yes. You will receive a workbook, protocols, and a 30-day plan to keep your wins. Founding members also get lifetime access to the online course.
How is this different from other wellness retreats?
We focus on root-causes and sustainable practices, not quick fixes. Small group, high coaching contact, and a plan you help design.
Will I have personal access to the instructors?
Yes. While most sessions are in group, you’ll get individual check-ins with the team.
Are personalized plans part of the program?
Yes. Helping you design a personalized approach to movement, nourishment, and stress adaptation is core to the experience.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit, workout clothes, walking/hiking shoes, and some light layers.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
